4. Check your posture
If your posture is poor, then you cannot expect to have a healthy back. Do not put too much stress on your back since this will increase the risks related to back pains, muscle pains, discs and joints. If your posture stays the same, over a few years you will even notice anatomical changes in your spine. Luckily, you can improve your posture. Stay patient and disciplined. It takes time to see the results. Practice exercises and special stretches.
